Article Snippet: The cells were then blocked for 30 minutes with blocking buffer (PBS supplemented with 2% bovine serum albumin and 0.1% Tween) and incubated overnight with primary antibodies at their optimal dilution, i.e. OCT4A (Santa Cruz), KLF4 (Stemgent), SOX2 (Abcam), NANOG (Miltenyi Biotec), TRA-1-60, (Abcam), CD90 (Abcam), CD73 (BD Biosciences), CD105 (BD Biosciences), CD34 (Dako Cytomation), CD45 (Dako Cytomation), then washed and incubated with secondary antibody (Alexa Flour 488 Goat anti-rabbit IgG, Alexa Flour 488 Goat anti-mouse IgG, all from Abcam 1:500) for 1 hour at room temperature.
